Project cases show particular installations or customer environments. Commercial outcomes depend on location, traffic, ticket pricing, equipment mix, marketing, staffing, operating hours, maintenance, competition and many other factors outside our control.

Any planning figures or return estimates are scenarios, not promises. Customers should prepare their own conservative financial analysis.

4. Installation, operation and local compliance

Commercial VR and motion equipment must be installed, operated, inspected, cleaned and maintained according to the applicable manuals, training, age/height/health restrictions and local requirements. Venue owners and operators are responsible for safe clearances, foundations, electrical work, fire and building compliance, supervision, insurance, accessibility and any required approvals.

Local standards vary. Information provided for one country or venue may not be suitable for another.

5. Shipping and customs information

Transit times, freight costs, duties, taxes, customs procedures and delivery dates are estimates until confirmed by the relevant carriers, agents and authorities. Delays may occur because of weather, port congestion, inspections, documentation, force majeure or other events outside our control. Responsibility and risk for a specific shipment are determined by the agreed quotation, contract and Incoterms, where applicable.
